My husband and I got a 2024 Mazda CX-30 in September from Jim Bass Mazda and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase! Cody Johnson listened to our needs as a growing family and helped us find a vehicle that fits us perfectly. He walked us through the entire process and was very professional.
We took our 2023 Mazda 3 to get a routine oil change service here on 9/4. When the car was returned to us, one of the tires was low on air. My wife notified a tech and he filled it back up. The next day the tire was completely flat. After installing the spare tire, we drove back to this location to notify the dealer that the car was returned with a puncture, and they offered to patch it. Bought a 2024 CX-30 yesterday and could not be happier. Jim Bass Mazda and Jareth in particular, made the whole buying experience easy and fun. I told him exactly what I wanted and he didn’t try any pressure tactics to talk me into something different. I told him we needed to get to work that morning and Jareth and the whole team bent over backwards to get us out the door in a timely manner. 10/10 highly recommend.
