Enjoyed the purchasing process; no hassle and pretty straightforward.
Took vehicle for no start. Upon looking at receipt, they first changed out a $55 fuse which remedied the no start but still changed out a perfectly good starter. I did not receive a call for approval. The service department is so busy it's hard to contact rep, even after leaving messages. $1000 later they offer a oil change to appease frustration, which as a veteran I get discounted elsewhere. Considering getting rid of 2 Mazdas just to avoid this service department.
Customer service and skills of the salesman Cody Johnson exceeded expectation; he made the purchase process a great experience.
This was a very pleasant experience buying a car here. Daron was super helpful, he really helped with anything I needed, and made the whole experience enjoyable, it made the whole experience much better.
