Car shook,engine light on. I chose to pay 14 extra miles towing because I trust Barbey to treat me honestly. Another place would have sold me an engine! Told the truth and minor repairs. Car rides like new. Finished it in time for me to get a ride to pick it up! Couldn't be happier or recommend more strongly!
The only place I take my car for repairs. The most honest and knowledgeable place around. The staff is wonderful. They will fit you in whenever you call. To beat it all, the owner is so humble. Just would recommend this place to anyone.
Developed a vibration/rattle in the rear of our Nissan Rogue on a trip returning to Maryland. Found several places where the splash guards had come loose and repaired them but noise was still present and worried that it may be some drive shaft or suspension issues that I could not detect. Set up an appointment with Jim Barbey and they were able to get me in right away. Do yourself a favor and get a 2nd opinion. They gave me an estimate of $2,700 and both quotes same work came in at $1,700 and $1,750. Jim was not understanding and told me good luck to myself. Great customer service
