Zach was very prompt and knowledgeable in what he saw was foundation leaking into our condos basement. I highly recommend Jim Ando Plumbing.
We have had Cam come 2 times this year. He arrived on time, he was thorough. Took enough time to answer our questions. We got emergency service as basement was beginning to flood. We paid extra to have snake through to the sewer main plus camera inspection of line...because of this we know what the recurring problem is. Great service!
Very professional. They were able to come out right away, quickly figured out what was causing my drainage issue, and got everything taken care of. It was a little more expensive than I anticipated, but I really appreciated how quickly they responded and how professional and knowledgeable they were. Most importantly, the issue is fixed and everything is draining properly again. Thank you!
