Zac from J Ando plumbing was terrific. He arrived on time the same day we called with a problem. He evaluated it and gave us options to correct it. The next morning he arrived at the time he said he would. With the help of Patrick, they did a great job, cleaned up and took our questions. Between a reasonable price and great service, we would highly recommend J Ando for any plumbing work.

Very professional service. The person answering the phone was very helpful and quickly arranged for a service call in a day. The company send a text letting us know the technician was on his way and he promptly showed up as was schedule. He quickly diagnosed our faucets problem and gave us options on how the problem could be fixed. We chose to have our faucet repaired rather than replaced and the tech had the necessary parts with him and immediately repaired it rather than having to come back another day. Top notch company! Everyone was professional and courteous. They were able to change out my hot water heater the same day. Technician was prompt and knowledgeable. They even took the old tank with them to dispose of. I will definitely use them in the future! ☺️
