Very prompt and efficient. Explained why things needed to be changed.
We’ve been struggling with our sump pump for many years and didn’t realize it was installed them properly. Now we have a solid pump set up correctly with a back-up also installed correctly. Installed a day after the estimate. Wonderful folks to deal with.
Kinda disappointed in these guys. Had them come out twice and even paid them 300$ to open up my wall and still couldnt tell me where the leak was coming from. Got quoted for over 1100 for a job another plumbing company said they’d do for 800. And then if they come and quote you and you decide not to go with them they charge you a 45$ diagnostic fee. Technician was prompt and quickly and honestly diagnosed the issue and replaced and repaired problem on site!
Jim Ando Plumbing was great! I had water backing up into my garage drain and backyard was holding a lot of water. Zach came out and diagnosed problem and took care of it.
