Service Tech arrived when he said he would. He gave us an accurate assessment of the problem and explained our options. We were quoted a fair price and it didn't increase after the job was completed. Our Service Technician was Zach C. We would highly recommend this professional and J.Ando Plumbing!
No hot water called Jim Ando Plumbing. Professionally removed existing tankless hot water tank and replaced with new one. Explained the features on new tank as well. Work area was clean upon completion. Pleased with overall service completed. Thank you. Continue top notch customer service.

I can’t say enough about Jim Ando Plumbing! Not only are they ridiculously accommodating when it comes to response time but they’re honest in what you need and don’t need. Our technician Zach was so nice and had the patience to explain everything multiple times so I understood everything. The staff at the office was polite, kind, and the cheery person you need in the moment. From a small problem to a big problem you can definitely trust they’ll fix it the best way for you and your house!
