I’ve been going to Jim Allbaugh for Rolfing for many years, and I can honestly say it has made a big difference for me. Over the years, I’ve gone to Jim for issues like tightness in my lower back and shoulders, neck tension, hip and leg tightness, and general stiffness from everyday activities.
