Had my 21 tuono in for service and check vibration through bars, Had bike a week and still never fixed vibration issue, Was told its a Tuono thing, Bike broke down on way home from service 100miles into 240mile ride, Jim allan service said they didnt have van availible to pick bike up so had to get bike recocevered, When i removed seat and side panels to check for any loose wiring/connections i seen sump plug and filter had not been touched, i have contacted jim allan service and gave them the chance to rectify problem but j... read more

Fantastic price and service
Good family owned dealer that's been on the go for centuries!. Bought various bikes from them over the last 25 years. Always friendly and helpful staff. They will always try and match other dealers in price or cut you a deal with free servicing, accessories etc. The only slightly annoying thing is, if you need your bike serviced it will be around three weeks from the day you phoned to book it until they can fit you in. I suppose that shows they are busy so people must trust them with their bikes. Recommended.
Phoned today regarding service for my scooter to be informed they don't service the manufacturer of scooter I have and to go back to the place where I bought it to ask them... Not sure why they offer servicing and MOT services if they can't cover all manufacturers. Poor show
