Visited the Bathgate store yesterday after a terrible experience at a chain shop in Edinburgh at the weekend, the difference in service and care was absolutely night and day. We visited for my partner about to sit her CBT and got the Starter Kit deal with some upgrades and still great overall discount, and on looking up specs of the gear purchased online after I can see clearly that the pricing was very fair even before the deal discount. Absolutely shocking service. Went in and purchased a motorbike clothing started kit, paid for my items but had to wait on delivery to the store, that was all okay, got my helmet but was far to small, but was told no it will stretch your fine so okay that's fine got home to then be told off a motorbike training company you can not wear that it isn't the correct fitting so called up and told jim allans I need the size up, got attitude but got told to bring it back in, still so far going okay, until all my stuff arrived, boots ... read more
