I had them look at my 2017 jeep renegade. I was having a nasty vibration during acceleration. I thought it may have been my cv shaft. They looked over my jeep only saw a small cut in the boot. They said my cv shaft was fine. They couldn't figure it out recommend another shop. Mike didnt charge me for them looking at my jeep. Which was amazing. I went to Jim & Alan's repair shop to get a whole new timing chain kit for my vehicle. When I received my vehicle back from them, not only was the problem I had initially asked them to fix still not fixed, but the quality of work done was poor. I went back to them, and to their credit, they responded well and said they wanted to make it right.
