Excellent company to deal with. They were able to supply parts to the north of Scotland within 24 hours. First class customer service when the wrong part was ordered a replacement was sent out immediately free of charge. Will definitely use these guys again Thank you Jim Aim motorcycles
All that hype and 5 star reviews are all well deserved. After my good friend recommended them to me after I bought my KTM Super Duke 1290 few days ago I contacted Alastair who is the owner and a proper institution with many questions for which he find time to answer even if bike was not purchased from them. Yesterday I pop up literally from nowhere asking for some technical help with mounting Roadlok on my bike. This is a jolly good motorcycle shop, well stocked with parts and fluids to keep your KTM running in tip-top condition. Ben Clarke in sales deserves a special mention, as he always goes the extra mile to explain in meticulous detail any technical issues you may need resolving.
I can’t speak highly enough of the team at Jim Aim KTM, especially Mark and Ian, for the help and support they’ve given me over the past couple of months.
