I loved the service Oscar provided to me, absolutely excellent and friendly customer service. My review will change to a 2 stars because of the service that I am currently receiving from the Dallas office. Patricia Puentes is currently working on my case and gives the worst customer service, no updates on my case, tells me she barely got my file, and says she has other cases to work on, I asked her to give me her supervisor's number and she refused to give it.
