Awful Customer Service and Handling of my case. Absolutely nothing to do with their powerful and knowledge pretending words. Action is ZERO! Talked to their investigator on a Friday 3-4 days later they had their case manger contact me asking the same questions again. Then this female case manger played phone tags wasting 2-3 more days. Finally asked to talk to the attorney who was assigned(total Junior) without apologizing he said if would take 2-3 month and that he was not going to give me any attention.
