We are a local bakery that has been in business in University City at the corner of Delmar and 170 since 2007. In June of 2014, due to the popularity of our ice cream at retail outlets, we opened our brand new premium ice cream bar.

Our kids didn't know where we were headed today. We were not even to the light at 170 and Delmar and my three-year-old SQUEALS in delight... "GUYS THERE'S JILLY'S!!!" The shouts of joy and excitement really got out of hand when we pulled in to the parking lot! Bottom line... JILLY'S makes THE BEST CUPCAKE YOU WILL EVER EAT!!!
