Update - I have the Exterior Everything with Ceramic plan. The wash facility is pretty efficient and my vehicle comes out clean. Since the company asked what it would take to go to five stars, here's my answer: the blow drying process could work better. I always spend five minutes drying with microfiber towels in the lot in order to avoid drip streaks and spots. That being said, the facility is much better than others I have tried.
Super clean area for cleaning interior. They even have cleaning products available for customers, you just have to ask. Great car wash! Friendly staff!!!

Only two words
Jillys seems great people are friendly. My problem is this. I am paying for the top wash and within the wash there are two signs that light up. One showing rainx and another showing Graphite. I get a different wash each time I go. Not the one I pay for. I contact them and they say I am getting the right wash. The inside lights tell a different story plus we do not get the extra sprays. They just ignored my second email.
