Great wash
Do NOT join the unlimited car wash club. I just got off the phone with customer service, after realizing I'd been paying for an incorrect license plate number for months! Tanya Jones (service rep) told me "they have problems with the camera reading license plates wrong". So even though I canceled my membership for my actual license plate #, I was still getting charged for the incorrect plate. Garage door came down on my suv breaking grill and scratching hood $3000 damage. Was recorded on their video. Would not return phone calls including from insurance company. Disgusting.
Update - I have the Exterior Everything with Ceramic plan. The wash facility is pretty efficient and my vehicle comes out clean. Since the company asked what it would take to go to five stars, here's my answer: the blow drying process could work better. I always spend five minutes drying with microfiber towels in the lot in order to avoid drip streaks and spots. That being said, the facility is much better than others I have tried.
