The employees are friendly. I wanted to give this place another shot despite being unimpressed by the pricing and results last time. After spending $25, the front and sides of my car were left with a white scratchy cast. For better pricing and results, I'll be sticking with Pit Stop in future.

Signed up for monthly decided to cancel after the month because they offered a deal in February. I felt like the brushes were scratching the plastic on the headlights and they now have swirl marks on them and look foggy on a relatively new car. I would avoid this place. I wash may car often and thought I would try Jilly's this month. I dry it everytine never had these paint chips. They are all the way through paint primer to metal on the left and right sides in the exact same spot and just appeared after the wash. Lexus GX behind window nearest 3rd row. My headlights are also all scratched, but you kind of expect that from a a tunnel "soft" touch, but not to do what it did to the paint. Very disappointed.
