Love this place and the staff of young people are excellent
This location is okay overall. However, since they started hiring younger staff, I’ve noticed the customer service has declined. On several visits, the attendants didn’t make sure my car was properly aligned on the track before sending me through, and they seem to use much less pre-soak soap than they used to. There is also a younger fair-skinned employee with blonde hair who has consistently come across as rude and unfriendly during my visits.
