I figured I would give Jilly's a try on my way home from work. It didn't take much time to get into the wash (I purchased the best wash they had). I waited until I was home to check how clean my car was and it was just so so I drive a GMC Terrain and I had quite a few spots that didn't get cleaned. It's back to Scrub a dub from now on. Some vacuums didn't work so I had to change parking spots to find one that did. Chose full service and it didn't full clean my car (bunch of dirt left accumilated at the side of my vehicle) but for 25 dollars i wasn't going to go run through it again. Not worth it.
it was awful. my drivers side wiper blade was ripped off in the wash ($84). i submitted a detailed incident report with pictures and a receipt for the wipers on that day. that was 4 weeks ago. i do not have reimbursement yet and cannot get management to return my phone calls or emails. the customer support is awful and the management should have responded to my incident within 2 business days.
