A lot of pros about my experience with Jill! She listened to my preference when I told her I prefer ash in my hair vs warm. Her communication step by step was awesome. Also she's really easy to talk to and really nice. I'm incredibly happy with my results! I posted my before and after, can't believe she was able to accomplish this in 3 hours!

Jill did an incredible job - She clearly knows her stuff, cares about her clients, is super communicative and friendly, and her salon space is very quiet and relaxing. I love my new blonde and can't wait to come back!

Went to Jill about a year ago and my trim came out great. So I went again, and unfortunately not so great. I asked for a trim, she told me about 2 inches need to be off, she took more 3 1/2-4 inches. And the “face framing pieces” that were cut started last my ear and is practically a mullet, very choppy and uneven. I had also said I didn’t want layers and the whole front is layered. Really disappointed
