My dog has gone there daily since he was an itty bitty puppy. He loves and trusts the staff like family, always comes home from day play happy and tired. When he gets groomed there they do a very thorough job on washing, brushing (he's got a lot of hair), and nail trimming. I love being able to check in on him via the webcam while I'm at work. Not quite sure what the review talking about a pet store is about, they don't sell pets or even pet supplies at Jill's.

Awesome place! I trust them 100% with my babies. I have 4 dogs and they all love coming to Jill's. They offer grooming, boarding and day play and I have used all services and have been very pleased. I wouldn't even think of taking my pups anywhere else

Absolutley wonderful place! there is no other facility around that I would trust to care for my two poodles. They love it here, and the staff are so helpful and friendly! We continue our service here, and are very thankful for a nice, clean bording/grooming facility run by great folks!

Jill's Pet Gallery is best place in town for boarding and grooming hands down. The boarding is top of the line and I know my pups enjoy being there. The staff has a way of winning over the "not so sure" pups when arriving. The grooming is fantastic and you can tell the groomers actually know what their doing and how each breed is supposed to be groomed. Love it!

Absolutely the WORST grooming my dog has ever gotten! Will never go back! I have a collie and they SHAVED him! His hair looks terrible. There are lines all over him. The bad cut isnt even the WORST part. When I called to let them know how unhappy I was with the service the OWNER didn't even apologize! She laughed and said "its just hair...itll grow back!" Thats beside the point. Fact of the matter is I paid 50 dollars and got a horrible looking dog! Then she offered a free bath.. like I'm EVER going to take my dog back there... read more

Their services are fine, but I suggest you get your statement of charges IN WRITING and definitely BEFORE you leave your pet, or you might be in for a surprise upon your return. A reservation for a standard kennel for a tiny dog, got "upgraded" by them with not a word to me either when I left my pet or the two times I called to confirm the reservation.
