I am extremely disappointed and honestly disturbed by my experience here. My sister and I came in for a simple brow wax ($10) and lip wax ($5). While we were there, my sister—who is a minor—asked for medium-length individual lashes and clearly explained what she wanted. The technician began working on her left eye only and then showed her the result. My sister immediately said she did not like it. After many months of not visiting this location because the previous girl who did my eyebrows for 3 years no longer worked here, Jenny was incredibly helpful. She recently did my eyebrows, and I absolutely loved the way she shaped them. will definitely will be coming back to see Jenny.
