Original owner Jillian was amazing service & was with them 7 years good groomers. New owner Laura took over biz in 2020 is awful and has ran off many good groomers and is now left with one. I received a call from Laura saying she will no longer be offering services "in my area." In speaking with the groomers I had, she underpaid them, overworked them and in one case still owes the groomer money. No business sense or customer service sense and no experience with the business.
