I just want to thank Vito for such an amazing experience at Jillian’s Bridal. Twenty seven years ago, Vito helped me find my wedding dress. Then, he helped my oldest daughter find the perfect dress and now my youngest. After going to several shops in Charlotte, we finally made the drive to Hickory! SO WORTH IT! I cannot say enough about Denise!! She was so patient with my daughter, allowing her to retry dresses on numerous times…never impatient with her. The margaritas were tasty too Thank you for all your help, Vito!

As the mother of the bride our experience was fantastic. Everyone was fantastic from check in all the way to check out. My daughter found her dream dress for a fraction of the price.
I was very impressed with Jillian‘s bridal shop. I’m a grandmother of the new bride. I planned my daughter‘s wedding, my oldest granddaughter wedding, my daughter-in-laws and now, helping with my youngest granddaughters. I never ever seen anything like Jillian‘s Bridal. Vito is just a wonderful man to work with. I was never been so impressed in all my life. My granddaughter tried on 12 dresses. You only have an hour to try pick and try on dresses. So keep that in mind. We did feel a little rushed. To be fair we were there for 3 hours. Waited for 1, then took 1.5 to try on. They gave us extra time, but we still felt very rushed and pressured. The owner was rude and very pushy. He will measure you in the middle of the lobby in front of everyone.
