Acceptable Food, Bad Service, Good Games I visited Jillian's with my family today and had a terrible expirience there. Our waiter brought us the wrong food, and once the correct foor was brought, it was cold. When we were finally done with our meal, we did find an exceptional collection of arcade games and pool tables.
Good pool tables... Jillians has a small selection of video games, mostly old, broken junk, but they do have a good number of pool tables. The do serve some food and expensive drinks that are not that good. If you are looking for a place to play some pool or darts, this is one of the only places in Manchester to go-unfortunately! They do have a nice outside deck when it is open, and they have some good bands if you time it right, but the cover charge is a bummer!
First experience going here....won't ever go again. Went to have a few drinks with my friends and the bar was empty. Sad thing was, the waitress couldn't get the drink order down, even after she wrote it down. 30 mins later, we finally got our drinks. I ordered food and didnt get it until an hour later. Just in case you missed it...there was no one there. The waitress didnt clear the table after each drink and the one time that she did, she took it out of my hand while I was drinking.
