Traumatizing experience. Get some AI assistance in there! IBM and University of California did the research for you. Conditions in there were unacceptable! It is a Ward. Got more relief from a AI chatbot!
Ridiculous!!! Terribly slow service. Very overcrowded. Rude, RUDE staff!! Please don't waste you time coming to the emergency room if you have to by chance use that extra time to drive to Oceans Spring emergency room atleast they will treat you with some respect. Never again will I bring anybody I care about to that place its really a sad situation.
I cut my arm and went to OS ER For sutures last Sunday morning and everyone from the front to the back were so kind. I had a wonderful experience. Thank you❤️.
