Seen her one time and it had taken five months to see Dr Douglas for that appointment. Made a second appointment and waited five more months and the day of the appointment they called me and canceled it because she wasn't going to be in the office so I decided to go elsewhere..
DR. DOUGLAS, WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO REALIZE YOUR RECEPTIONIST IS TERRIBLE???? HOW MANY COMPLAINTS WILL IT TAKE TO FIRE THIS PERSON???? My dad has been kicked out your care by your so-called receptionist. He is about to run out of all of his meds. When he falls over dead, I hope you are happy.
The receptionist is the most rude person I've ever encountered. She said they won't see my mother anymore since she missed her last appointment, which was scheduled through the hospital, and no one ever told us she had an appointment. She said they called my mom the day before to confirm it and when I explained to her that my mother has deteriorated so significantly that she cannot even answer her phone, the receptionist said, "Well how STUPID is it to have a phone you don't answer?"
