Jill was the perfect realtor for us. She was selective about homes she knew might be a good fit for us and didn’t waste our time showing us any that she knew we wouldn’t be interested in. Jill made my first home purchase easy and stress free! She was organized, knowledgeable, and one step ahead in the entire process. She encouraged me to take my time and make sure all my needs were met. When we toured the perfect house and found out we needed to place an offer extremely quickly, Jill was calm and went above and beyond to make sure we submitted an offer in time and got the deal. Jill was amazing! I can't recommend her enough!
Jill was awesome. She stayed in communication about any topic at any stage of the process. I bought a new build and she negotiated with the builder to get me several add-ons (like appliances and blinds) for no additional cost among other bonuses. Jill was professional and prompt on showings, documents, and status updates. She often answered questions before I thought to ask them.
