Just bad. Tried scheduling here multiple times and kept being told they'd need my medical records first. I had my doctors office faxed them my medical records three times. The last time I went in person and deliver them to the front desk and of course the next day when I called, they claim they never got them. This place is an absolute joke the staff is terrible and I was never able to actually even get an appointment so if you need to be seen by somebody don't go here.
Dr. Heisler is awesome. The office staff, not as much. Running around for 15 minutes to try and find where the office is made me not be able to make my in person appointment. I come from out of town, and kept calling to try to figure out WHERE the office was, and by the time they answered I had already found the office, but not in time to make my appointment.
