Update Aug 3 2025- I wanted to update my review after experiencing a medical emergency. My sweet girl wasnt eating or drinking for 24 hours so I rushed her as soon as they opened. They remembered her and took her as an emergency and while there was a fee for Emergency Visit, the fee is lower than other vets and ultimately worth it. They ran tests and even ubered over some chemicals they needed from their sister location all for my baby. They came out and updated me and everyone was very kind and thorough. I’ve been bringing my pets here for almost three years, and the vets seem to actually care about animals. Unfortunately, the customer service has declined over the years. A recent unpleasant experience: I was quoted a price over text for my dog’s flea, tick, and heartworm preventative - but when I went to pay, I was charged more. When I asked about the discrepancy, I was told, “I’m not sure why the vet tech said that over text, she’s new.” They wouldn’t honor the quoted price or offer a clear explanation.
