I’ve been bringing my pets here for almost three years, and the vets seem to actually care about animals. Unfortunately, the customer service has declined over the years. A recent unpleasant experience: I was quoted a price over text for my dog’s flea, tick, and heartworm preventative - but when I went to pay, I was charged more. Not a great experience. Felt nickel and dimed, particularly bc the prices are already high and then I am charged an additional $50 for being 11 minutes late. That is an excessive policy. But moreover neither my son nor I felt welcome by the staff. I honestly felt like we were kind of bothering them. Not a great feeling and so different from my other vet experiences elsewhere. Disappointing as I paid 571.83 for an annual visit with 2 vaccines. Won’t be back.

When my dog managed to eat an entire pack of chocolate chip cookies (yes, the full pack ), I was completely panicked.
