Went here for the great deal they offered - but turns out they just want your money, your time, and to try to upsell you everything. And they say one thing to customers but then don't fulfill their duties to actually deliver. It's giving big scam, unprofessionalism energy - would stay far away from them and go to other vets within the crown heights area. Terrible and shitty service.
Everyone from front desk, vet techs to doctor was very kind and helpful to our 8 year old cat who got deworm treatment.
Not even worth a single star. This company just makes misleading appointments to steal customers money. My kittens went in today for what was supposed to be a follow-up booster shot because we were there exactly 3 weeks ago only to change my husband for "tests" AGAIN. Those kittens got tested 3 weeks ago and I had to pay almost $500 for that. Today another $170! The booster shot was supposed to cast around $40 each because I asked! Huge shoutout to the amazing team at Heart of Brooklyn Veterinary Hospital — May, Jami, Dewayne, and Corlynn! 🐾 They showed so much love, care, and support during my puppies’ first visit. Truly grateful for how they made the whole experience easy and comforting for us.
Update Aug 3 2025- I wanted to update my review after experiencing a medical emergency. My sweet girl wasnt eating or drinking for 24 hours so I rushed her as soon as they opened. They remembered her and took her as an emergency and while there was a fee for Emergency Visit, the fee is lower than other vets and ultimately worth it. They ran tests and even ubered over some chemicals they needed from their sister location all for my baby. They came out and updated me and everyone was very kind and thorough.
