I am very pleased with Jillian and her rep, Braxton! Not only did he provide the same product at a competitive price, but he followed up after almost a year (which I requested) He has been very responsive, and while I hope I never need to file a claim, he has assured me that he would be my advocate!
I was very pleased with State Farm's representative, Angie. She set up just what I needed for home and renters insurance and I was very pleased with the rate she was able to get me, she seemed to know exactly what I needed that fit my budget and my needs as well. I've worked with State Farm for many years, and still I feel they are the best in the market.
Tristan answered my questions concerning my car insurance and a rear ended collision I experienced. He was extremely responsive... and was one step ahead when needed. His voice was both confidant and reassuring. He gets an A+!
Jillian McCormick’s State Farm Agency is just the best! I switched to her, last year, because of the cost savings, after being with my previous agency for over 40 years. In the past year, my interactions with the office has always been prompt, courteous and helpful. No regrets for changing! I even got my mom to switch and she’s been just as happy, as well! I definitely recommend them!
