I had an eye exam at the Eye Care Center 6 weeks ago. I now have a health issue causing dry eye in one eye. I called and asked for an appointment to ask a few questions about caring for my eye. When arrived they wanted to do another eye exam (not covered by insurance as I just had one). This was not needed - I just needed information about drops and ointments. When I asked to just speak to the doctor I was told I could not without submitting to and paying for another eye exam. They refused to help me. Taking my business else... read more
