Amazing doctor... Very knowledgeable...
The doctor is very nice enough and listens, very empathetic. The office staff is hot or miss. Some are so sweet and some are rude! Her CnA is super sweet and really helps you feel at ease before the doctor comes in.
The doctor is nice enough and listens but takes a long time to review tests. The office staff however is NASTY! They are disorganized and they have called and almost made me cry w their rudeness. When checking in they scowl and fail to realize patients are there bc they have real issues and are scared. Even a good doctors rep gets taken down a few notches when the support team is so rude. Her CnA is super sweet but everyone else won’t even let you finish a sentence.
