-0 stars. staff called to confirm appointment at 11:30. we get there at 11:15 and receptionist tells me we are late, and Jill Wright wouldn't see my 82 year old mom with dementia because of her staff's fault and even if we were late which we never are, we would have called. 15 minutes is an acceptable window to be late anywhere and everywhere else.. No compassion or care whatsoever and I never write bad reviews but this is unbelievable. Staff rude as well. NO empathy, compassion, or organization.
VERY impressed! Was looking for a new family doctor..Dr. Jill was very professional, very gentle, kind, easy to talk to. Made me feel very comfortable.
