I can't say enough about how knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful Jill Whittamore is. I have an elderly relative who obtained health insurance on their own. But when the relative called the plan's 800 number directly, the insurance firm gave out incorrect information. (this relative was close to having surgery, so the incorrect information added stress.)
