I had high hopes, but was disappointed. In particular, the "integrative" component of the care was minimal and not much more than what I already was doing. The treatment was primarily pharmaceutical. Additionally, key orthopedic primary/contributory causes of some of my pain were missed until other providers pointed them out. In particular, one of those providers reached out to talk to the doctor early on in the treatment, but never got a response. I came to Dr. Weintraub after seeing 3 other Rheumatologists and 2 Hand Specialists. Dr. Weintraub's intake process is thorough and she took the time to review my prior medical history, listen to my symptoms and ultimately diagnosis what had been so elusive to others for years. I love her approach and combination of traditional and integrative medicine. I am especially appreciative of her compassionate and calm demeanor. Dr. Weintraub saved my life. I am not being dramatic, merely factual. When she became my physician I had been on corticosteroids for 8 years and was suffering multiple ill effects. She was able to get me off the medication successfully, and onto disease modifying drugs, and point me towards true healing. I cannot recommend any physician more highly.
