When Jill takes you on she makes everything seem like the outcome will be much better than it is. The reality is that she does not have time for you. She's very disorganized and inconsistent, is hard to reach, and can't seem to keep staff since I first retained her. If you want to feel like a priority or like you will be kept in the loop of your situation, then Jill is not the attorney for you. Jill is very sweet and friendly, but do not be fooled by this.
