Jill is the pediatrician for all 3 of my children and we love her. She is great with the kids and makes sure our problems are addressed. She follows up after appointments and is available if we need to address concerns. Always reassuring and informative.
Would never recommend this provider to anyone. Never responds via portal. Had us waiting for 20 extra minutes on top of already being about 45 minutes late for a sick child appointment. Reason? She was sitting there in the wrong room. Shouldn’t a provider have whatever room their patient is in on a chart or something? Child was diagnosed with severe constipation by a better facility by a better provider whereas Jill Reed only gave advice about stopping the diarrhea he was experiencing which we found out was actually overflow... read more
Jill is a great pediatrician
Horrible! Didn't like how rough she was with baby's umbilical stump/scab, she loosened it up a lot, almost removing it! When I got upset she laughed and mocked, "what's it supposed to do mom? Fall off!" Not at 1 week old... Rude, has no children of her own so related stories of her "twins" which are dogs... Do not entrust the care of your baby to this woman.
