Lost in the shuffle again. Unbelievable can't do nothing customer service. They're very nice they just can't do anything. My rates are great. They just can't do anything. I had switched my insurance to my backup van for work and then later found out that it hadn't been switched and I had been driving my van with no insurance for 6 months. They didn't care they wouldn't do anyting to fix it and told me good luck. How wonderful. What if I got in an accident and killed someone then what?
