The staff at overwatch was so sweet. My baby was way over due for a nail trimming and I felt so bad. I didn’t want to stress her out as birds don’t do well with stress. They were understanding that life sometimes happens was very sweet and understanding and even snuggled with the baby after clipping her nails.
After coming in for unknown reasons, besides my little dog being extremely in pain, they really helped me out. And gave me a list of things and was very inexpensive. I will be back for all my needs here. And I appreciate these women very much.
The whole team are extremely sweet and caring.
