    Lacks integrity and unprofessional. My appointment was at 4:45 PM. Dr. Reed did not see me until 6:15 PM. Then, she spent a long time during the procedure talking about nonsensical things. Dr. Reed did not take responsibility for being late, but blamed her staff claiming that she did not get much help from them, and had to do everything on her own. I usually do not like to leave bad reviews. My intention is not to leave a bad review. My intention is to share my experience and guide others, so they make an educated decision whether to use this office or not. By the way, her front desk secretary (Ms. Barbara) was there as I had to wait for two and half hours, and she was extremely apologetic.
