I am not happy with my first visit there to see Dr. Rau, I feel she did not listen to me, and was too focus on what she wanted to do herself in my Plan of Care. I do not feel my previous records was Reviewed before I seen her at all. Also, I feel if my Medical Records had been reviewed she would have better understanding of what was going on with my health, Prior to seeing her and etc. HonorHealth is too focus on there self instead of the Patient. Dr. RAU is great after going to several other Neurologist over several years, I still had no answers as to why I had so much pressure in my head and dizziness everyday. After a couple visits with Dr. RAU explaining my symptoms, she ordered some test and I finally had some answers and a diagnosis. She is the best Neurologist that I have had, and I highly recommend her to anyone having migraines or IIH, or unexplained symptoms. She is very caring, and she takes the time needed to find an answer and treat you promptly as needed... read more
Disappointed at the lack of treatment, lack of communication and the doctor not showing up to appointments and then her records are late and incorrect. She hasn't done anything she said she would. Slipped through the cracks? Apathy? Am I sitting here dying needing blood thinners? I wouldn't know for sure.
Dr. Rau, MD, Phd, is located at, 7242 E. Osborn Road. Suite 400/250. Scottsdale, AZ 85251. I do not mind traveling from Anthem to Honor Health Neurology. Dr. Rau, is compassionate and so caring. She listens. She puts a plan in place and if it doesn’t work, I will let her know. I’ve had horrible migraines, my speech will be off, seeing spots, in bed a couple of days. She was able to help me. Am I headache free?No! But, with medication and her treatment plan it’s much better. She is one in a million!!!!
