I’m extremely disappointed with their customer service. We have been bringing our pets to Diablo View for about 15 years. Unfortunately, the front desk experience has gone downhill, not sure if there is a change in ownership or management but we will be taking our pets to a place that shows more care and accountability. I'm not one to leave reviews, but I was so disappointed in this vet after last Friday. My dog had been missing since Christmas. Miraculously, she found her own way home after 15 days. She was emaciated, covered in ticks, and had a bad limp. I brought her immediately to OUR vet. Yes, this was our vet. I carried her in and asked for help. I was coldly told that they couldn't help me. I was so confounded that I literally put my dog in the car and came back inside to make sure I was hearing them right. I brought my Shih Tzu in because he had swallowed a pill that my mom dropped on the floor. Chloe and Ingrid took great care of Milo as well as the doctor. They immediately gave him eye drops to induce vomiting. Staff for all very friendly and made me feel comfortable that my dog would be getting the best care possible. They kept him under observation for about 6 hours. Great experience, highly recommend Diablo View Vet.
