Absolutely WONDERFUL experience! This vet was clean, the staff were so incredibly kind, and Dr. Oliver was the BEST! Our fur baby felt the exact same as we did bc she was calm and relaxed through the whole encounter. We absolutely love this place and we have found our new vet home :)
I accompanied my elderly sister and her dog to their first visit with Diablo View Veterinary. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the overall kindness of the staff. Chloe and Dr. Crawford were patient with my sister, answering all of her questions and speaking directly to her, not me. They were gentle and caring with her dog. Dr. O is kind and practical. The staff is helpful and supportive. I have taken my cats here for years and have never been disappointed.
I’m extremely disappointed with their customer service. We have been bringing our pets to Diablo View for about 15 years. Unfortunately, the front desk experience has gone downhill, not sure if there is a change in ownership or management but we will be taking our pets to a place that shows more care and accountability. Kristin at the front desk is very rude and lacked any compassion, unacceptable considering she is a supervisor. I'm not one to leave reviews, but I was so disappointed in this vet after last Friday. My dog had been missing since Christmas. Miraculously, she found her own way home after 15 days. She was emaciated, covered in ticks, and had a bad limp. I brought her immediately to OUR vet. Yes, this was our vet. I carried her in and asked for help. I was coldly told that they couldn't help me. I was so confounded that I literally put my dog in the car and came back inside to make sure I was hearing them right.
