My family has been clients since 2010 and for the past year they have not/would not schedule us appointments stating they were waiting on their dental hygienist to create their schedule. Not sure how it take one person over a year to figure out how to schedule?? After posting this review, I was contacted by the office and everyone except my spouse has been scheduled and seen.

I had an appointment with Dr Jill on Friday. I would highly recommend Dr Jill to everyone. She is a great dentist. However, her hygienist has a lot to be desired. She was getting x-rays and the contraption did not fit (I have a very small mouth). She kept putting it in there to where I was choking. It must have touched my sinuses because I had tears running down my right eye. Then when she was polishing my teeth, I had to make her stop because I was choking and needed a rinse. Dr. Jill is the best! Her office is always clean and punctual. Her staff is warm and kind. Dr. Jill, always remembers me and my family and asks me personal questions that show just how much she cares. She never upsells and is conservative with treatments, which I appreciate. As someone who loathes going to the dentist office, I appreciate Dr. Jill and her office who make my bi annual trips to the dentist smooth and enjoyable!
