The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because Dr. Bilek herself seems very nice and may not know the shortcomings of her staff! I went to see Dr. Bilek for a desperately needed infusion. Once she confirmed that my bloodwork was good she told me approval from insurance would take no more than a week and the infusion would be scheduled immediately.
