Received a referral from my doctor for my condition. Didn't hear for 2 weeks. I finally called them and they said they don't take insurance. What kind of doctor doesn't take insurance? I see you only care about and serve the rich and privileged. Shameful.
It’s crazy that they do not take insurance and the initial visit is almost 2000 how do you help ppl when they can’t even afford to get help. That is the problem these days the doctors care more about money than really helping people! Again greedy if you cared about patients it would not be 2000 who can afford that!
This was my first visit to this Dr.'s office, and unfortunately it wasn’t a great introduction. I interacted with someone named Sam, and the experience was surprisingly unprofessional. I didn’t realize she worked for a different doctor within the practice, and when I asked for the person I’ve been dealing with, she became rude, dismissive, and even raised her voice while repeating, “I work for another doctor.” There was absolutely no way for me to know that, and the reaction felt completely unnecessary.
