Dr. Grounds and the nurse's are very proactive in everything that they do. The NP and Nurse communicate frequently through "my chart" and adjust medications as needed. That with the CardioMems is just phenomenal.
I love Doctor Grounds, she spoke to me in a way I was able to understand my condition. I felt like like she was really concerned about me & I was not another number.
