Dr. Frerichs is an excellent doctor. She takes time to understand my problem and to explain the treatment she gives. She is always pleasant and caring. I trust her to give me the needed care.
Dr. Frerichs was so kind and helpful with me yesterday. She understood my problem, found a solution, made sure I understood what I needed to do next…. All with respect and with regard for my well-being. I highly recommend her to anyone with feet issues.
Dr. French’s is a wonderful doctor; however, I cannot say so much for some of her immediate staff. I broke my foot (which I found out later), the PA called saying the x-ray showed nothing. But, my foot continued to swell over the next two weeks so I was put in a boot saying I had a sprain. I insisted on an MRI, which they did. They contact me as soon as they got the results.
