This review is more for the office staff and her answering service. I’m a patient of hers and I’ve been trying to call for over a week now. Leaving messages about an urgent matter. I finally got ahold of someone in the office today and they were not very understanding of the circumstances. I’m just more upset that I never received a call back after all this time. Had I gotten I call back sooner, I would have known what to do faster.
No matter what time I get here I have to wait in the examining room for an 1 hour up to 2 hours and that’s unacceptable and unprofessional and I absolutely do not recommend anyone seeing her for medical care
Took my mother to her appointment and was 20 minutes late because of an unforseen automobile accident on route 7. Dr. Felder refused to see my handicap 81 year old mother because of her tardiness! There was (1) other patient waiting in the waiting area............
I waited almost 3 hrs to get back to see the Dr. She was very unprofessional. Worst experience ever!!
This was the absolute worst Dr. I have ever seen. I waited 3 hrs before she even came in. Then she didn't go over any of the paperwork before coming in so didn't know why I was there. She seemed so confused and didn't seem to know what she was doing. It was such a waste of time ended up wasting 4 hrs there for nothing. Please listen to the reviews and don't go here!!!!
