I saw Jill Gorton a couple years back to establish care with her as a new patient. Seeing that she’s still in practice is honestly kind of shocking, seeing as she had the most abhorrent bedside manner I’ve ever seen. She drug tested me at my FIRST appointment with her, did not tell me she was going to do so and did not have my consent to do so, and I only found out because I read my chart notes. What can I say? There’s something about a provider drug testing you without your knowledge under the guise of it being for something else that doesn’t sit right with me. Jill Gorton is an absolute joke and doesn’t belong anywhere near patients.

I didn't get the best impression of this practice. The staff were often not at their stations to answer the phone or do intakes. Jill would assume that everything I said was to get some sort of pain medication (I didn't want pain meds, just answers) My test results were posted on "UPMC for you" but she insisted on setting up an appointment for every test result to be reviewed which I felt was unnecessary. From day 1 of meeting Dr Jill,she has always put my health 1st, I never get turned away .Dr Jill's the one to see when u first meet be ready for at least a 1hr & 1/2 visit and every test possible BUT that's a good thing

Not that great of an experience. Chaotic and stressful again.
