I have an approved referral from my insurance company for 26 visits to Ms. De Porras for my 10-yr old son's Therapy. My first appointment was Feb 7, 2019; second scheduled appointment: Feb 13 which was cancelled by Ms. de Porras and was rescheduled Feb 20; My next appointment was March 6, and again, cancelled by Ms. De Porras. I called numerous times to reschedule the appointment but she never returned my call. I never heard from her again. I ended up changing my son's therapist. Jill is fantastic!!! I highly recommend her! My wife and I couldn't have gotten through our tough times without her counseling. She provided a great space for us to air our differences and find resolve. Thank you Jill :)
