Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend unless you want to be made insecure.
Dr. Rossrucker is a very competent doctor. The best doctor I have seen in years. She found a severe deviated septum that I did not know I had. After surgery, I can now breathe better. In addition, I have had a cough problem that I do believe she has disagnosed me accurately. I have been to several doctors with this issue. I would highly recommend her.
Dr. Rossrucker is nice and knowledgeable, I have no issues with her but the overall experience of getting a CPAP replacement through this office and Northside Hospital Cherokee has been terrible. Two and a half months after I had my sleep study I still don't have a replacement CPAP machine. I have had to call multiple times and three different offices before I can get any information on what is going on only to be told today that I should be getting a call from a third party company. I would recommend you go somewhere else.
Once I actually was established as a patient things were different. Rossrucker is wonderfully attentive and thorough. I am happy I stuck with her. I had a sleep study done, a complete month passed by without any results. After being persistent with following up about the results, I was told the results would be left at the front desk and told I could make a appointment with Rossrucker if I wanted to.
