She cancelled on my routine annual visit 3 times in 2025. Each time the office pushed me back months. If you're too busy for a patient just say so and don't accept the appointment. Office manager showed a completed lack of empathy or interest. I've been seeing her for years and this is just crazy to me.
Staff was dismissive over the phone when I called about unclear results on my portal. Took weeks to get an answer out of them, and even then it was unsatisfactory.
Jill Botelho is absolutely incredible, but her office staff is incredibly awful. I called 5 minutes before closing to make an appointment for my daughter and "Teasie" (if that was even her name since she was difficult to understand because she was mumbling and made it awfully clear she didn't want to answer the phone) answered and after telling her what I needed she proceeded to hang up on me. Dr Botelho is awesome . The Doc is a 10/10 very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Her office staff however especially the billing person is rude and unprofessional. No help at all.
Dr Jill Bethelo is fantastic, however; their appointment scheduling telephone or portal does not allow to make appointments. So, how do we make an appointment? I am actually thinking of driving to the office to make an appointment. Doctors office, if you are reading this, please help. Thank you
