I am exceedingly disappointed with my experience and the way I was treated. I was born with an ultra rare progressive and terminal illness. My concerns were not taken seriously. There was an absurd amount of pressure and a ridiculous amount of phone calls to have "preventative" procedures and tests done when I was dealing with 5 urgent matters that were ignored.

As a retired nurse/paralegal, I found it interesting the things that were being pushed on me but I view as completely unnecessary. I am very well aware of medications and side effects, and when I refuse them, it is for a reason. They were called into my pharmacy anyway. I also refuse certain tests because of my research and knowledge, and yet, I was called to schedule those tests anyway. Dr. Bergeson is a very personable and good doctor who listens well and allows patients to be part of their health plan. There are not many female MD’s in Utah County so I’m glad she is in practice.

Dr Jill Bergeson-Barkdull and her assistants were so great and helpful. Dr Bergeson explained everything I didn’t understand. I didn’t feel rushed and appreciated her care.
