My son was hit by a car on bike about a year to two years later got really sick with spinal meningitis life-flighted to Boise spinal meningitis caused him to lose his hearing and dr. Beck was the one that took this over first she had to patch a hole in his skull cast from the car accident it is now roughly eight years later and his cochlear has a blood clot in it and it's pushing trying to push it out the back of his ear causing migraines he went to the ear doctor and they have to do surgery over again because of her mistake... read more

I called the office today to see why my appointment was not showing up on my chart and apparently Dr Beck is no longer practicing at Texas Childrens and no one had the courtesy to let me know why she left? I'm really upset and nervous 😓 that was my daughter's post op appointment with Dr Beck. Where did she go?

I cannot believe that in the entire city of houston there is only TWO ENT doctors that accept Medicaid. My daughter has had ear infections every two weeks for the past 9 months, took three months to get an appointment with this doc. My wife bringing my daughter to her appointment today locked her keys in the car, I called ahead of time and told them the situation. They told me as long as she is here by 2:30 it’s ok. This Doctor is an absolute JOKE. How do you tell a mom her kids ears are fine, when the Dr the day before said they looked to be infected. She also sent medication out, but there is nothing wrong with him? Look else where, don’t waste your time. She was the second useless Dr. to see in that facility, we will not be back.
